I’ve had many opportunities to work in a variety of treatment settings including some of Toronto’s best spas, multidisciplinary clinics, in-home practices, and on-site event locations. Utilizing techniques and complementary modalities such as manual lymph drainage (MLD), trigger point therapy, myofascial release, low-grade joint mobilizations, connective tissue techniques, and superficial fluid techniques, I create individualized treatment plans for every client. Additionally, I am trained in intraoral, facial massage and TMJ-focused treatment.
Promoting healing, pain relief, and increasing range of motion are just a few of the many benefits of receiving a treatment with me.
One day, I hope to focus my massage practice with those who are First Responders, EMS, and the Canadian Armed Forces, including Veterans.
When it comes to my long-term career goals, I wish to be more involved within governing bodies such as the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), or become an Educator within a post-secondary institute. Encouraging the positive promotion of massage therapy and safe touch as a whole holds true to my heart as I always hold myself to a high standard by creating a level of professional excellence, trust and rapport with everyone.
